GEM Health Care Services (GEM HCS) was founded in 1994 by Gaye Moffett, a registered nurse. Over the years GEM HCS is proud to say we have become one of Canada’s largest independent health care agencies, offering health care services, for more than 30 years.
GEM HCS expanded its care catchment area into the South-East part of the province, opening an office in Perth in 2020. The Perth office staff will conduct an individual care assessment visit to determine together your care needs.
GEM is a full-service, ISO certified, health care service company offering care services to individuals and family members looking for private care or government home care as well as organizations wanting additional staff.
